@RadissonHotels If a better solution was available why did the hotel management not change it to a better room immediately? And made us sleep in broken rooms for 1/3 nights of our stay?

@RadissonHotels The hotel staff just changed one room once again. This time it was a suite. I don't care for the little bit of extra space. The people in 2/4 rooms were not able to sleep one night, for which I paid 15000 THB extra. How is changing one of the rooms to a suite fair adjustment?
