@SpiGuardian@WiggerMaggot Also I can't reiterate enough that I DO NOT HAVE CAMPAIGN EVOLVED AND HAVE NO DOG IN THE FIGHT. That said, it's kind of in the game 's title, it's the old with some new sprinkled it, not a 1-1 remake. If you want to play Halo CE the original didn't go anywhere, you can play it
@SpiGuardian@WiggerMaggot Because being able to disable a vehicle doesn't meaningfully change much. There's plenty of Banshees in Halo 3, Reach, and 4 that you can EMP but are unable to hijack. It's nothing new or really notable
@SpiGuardian@WiggerMaggot Like I think you're fundamentally misunderstanding the purpose of the second level of Halo CE. Immediately giving players a Banshee would ruin the sense of scale and exploration provided by traveling on foot and in the Warthog
@SpiGuardian@WiggerMaggot The mission is designed around using the Warthog though. The Banshees being there as enemies is meant to be a sort of Chekov's Gun for later in the game where you actually get the opportunity to fly them and see that air vehicles aren't just for the bad guys
@SpiGuardian@WiggerMaggot Why though? It would have ruined the level in the original and ruined the level here as well. I don't see anything particularly gained. For the record I don't even have the remake I have zero dog in this fight
If you would like to play Halo 1 splitscreen co-op with 4 players without requiring 4 copies of the game purchased on 4 to 8 different online accounts, here's a reminder that there is already an MCC mod that let's you do this.
Save yourself a morbillion dollars.
When I was 17 a girl in my dorm invited me into her bed to watch Neon Genesis Evangelion and cuddle with her but because I felt like a hideous freak I didn't take it as flirting.
I missed my chance and it ate at me for like 8 years. Now she's in my book and has no idea
every time this meme of @vstonks1000000 gets shared around I laugh every time because it's used as an own but for me it's "yes that's actually indeed my black friend"
