@sainsbury my shopping arrived just now. The bananas are brown and badly bruised, every carrot is 1/2 a carrot and the courgettes might make it to the end of the day, if lucky... not really good enough
@British_Airways Yes it was. I am happy to provide more feedback. For example, no notice that there was no online service unless you called and asked. It would have been nice to know in advance. I fly frequently with BA and generally enjoy my experience, Friday I did not
@British_Airways on BA2778 service was appalling. Ordered drinks (no in flight service), they did not arrive. Those behind us (who ordered after us) served; apology from crew being ‘not going to happen now guys, we’re landing’ please tell me why I try to retain my #basilvercard
@British_Airways I think you’re missing the point; ‘it’s not going to happen’ is not a manner @British_Airways staff should apologise to their customers... Rudeness is not acceptable and I would like to know how you will overcome this
@HeathrowExpress the loo on your train isn’t working again. I’ve been told its customers fault for not using it properly. I’ve been told to get off the train and use the loo and get back on. I’ve been told that you’re not legally obliged to offer a loo, so tough. Is this service?
@HeathrowExpress I asked for your complaints procedure, your staff refused to give it to me. I should make clear, this is not your staff onboard the train - but those on the platform
@HeathrowExpress this is the third time running I have used your “service” when the loo hasn’t been working. How can you charge the premium for a Piccadilly line service?
