Hi @AskLyft! When leaving a ride today I accidentally took a bag that was in the trunk of the driver’s car thinking it was mine (we had a lot of stuff!) & I think it’s the driver’s or another passengers. I tried to message on the app but am not able to get in touch. Can you help?

Yesterday I shared my love for @Delta & today I was told, after being told if I upgraded to 1st class on a flight home from MCP to JFK that I would hit status for 2026. Today I saw I contacted Delta & they said the person made a mistake. $900 later I have no status. I’m MAD
The @Delta crew on the flight from MXP to NYC are the BEST always. I would never fly another airline but it’s always good to have a reminder the moment you board why you should be airline loyal. I hate/am scared of flying but adore the Delta crew!
Hey @Alyssafarah -what the gov shutdown is “accomplishing” is keeping my healthcare at a wage I can “afford” at $2000 a month (and an $11K deductible). If it goes up we will have no insurance. I’m a female small business owner & trying my best. Your remark shows your entitlement
@AskLyft pretty crappy when your drivers accept a ride and sit still for 10 mins. We have been sitting here waiting for a pick up and still are with the driver telling us she’s “on her way”
Been sitting on the tarmac at @JFKairport waiting for a gate for nearing 90 mins on my @Delta flight. I know airports and flying suck since the Trump messed up everything but 90 mins waiting for a gate (and to be told 5 times it would be 10-15 mins tops) is poor customer service.

@hummingbirdess@CapitalOne No they didn’t. 1) I have no correspondence from them 2) everyone I spoke with on the phone has said it’s not planned and that first person lied. 3) My last call with them they said it’s a tech issue and it will be back up today. It’s illegal to not have access to my money.
Has @CapitalOne#SmallBusiness Banking been hacked? For the last 6 hrs I’ve been unable to access my account & when I called at 6 pm they said “it’s planned maintenance” Why is maintenance was being done during business hours? 4+ hours later I still have no access to the account
I’m headed to @CapitalOne to close my account. I’ve been a loyal customer for 15 years & this is unacceptable. One of your customer service people said it could take a year to fix. If you had no access to your money for one year would you stick around?!
