@INDmoneyApp what is the deadline to close a ticket? I am not able to comple the SIP process. I raised ticket but seems your customer support team is not interested in resolution. The callback time has been shifted 4 times.

@INDmoneyApp This issue is still not resolved. I don't know why it is taking so long. I know the issue and resolution. These is an existing mandate which is causing issue. If that will be deleted, I will be able to complete my SIP

@BaluGorade Isn't the fund still good. Every fund gets through such cycles. I have seen, checked and invested in a 5 star crisil rated fund and after 2 years it came to 3 star..another 3 years it was top performer in peer. It is normal. What is your point here?

@A_K_Mandhan Have worked in TCS for 5 years. Every word written here is true and we can relate with my feelings. Employee are considered as bounded labourer where you don't have any choice to pick a technology or a project. Everything is predefined and one has to simply nod in yes.
