@BMTheEquityDesk Sir, I worked with the TATAs and it was said a govt. job . Now with Air India quality and customer centricity it shows the lack of empathy and yes TATAs are handling the Air India like a govt. entity. It's time that we realize that no corporate in India is really ethical.
