Rajkumar was accused of sexual offence against a Minor but Future City Police just booked him under Eve Teasing Sections and let him loose without POCSO and no Jail ...

This gave the confidence to Rajkumar who raped and killed the Victim Minor Girl, her mother, her grandmother, his own wife and two little children last night..
