@abcapital @irdaindia Last time my premium amount approx.38k in this year it's goes 43k. I called to customer care and renew the premium by link. I paid but they are saying we got short payment. I m very unsatisfied with theirs service from a month. They are not understanding

@abhealthin I have paid premium on 06th Aug 26 which one payment refund is pending so please refund that amount because I did pay that by another link in Sep'26. So I did double payment please refund that amount bcoz I have no money to pay credit card outstanding due to double payment

@RBI I did transaction on 6th Aug26 to Aditya Birla and they refunded me same amount on 7th Aug26. But from a month I m following up with Hdfc they aren't reflecting refund amount in my credit card limit. I visited bank today they are saying they don't have details plz help @hdfc

@HDFCBank_Cares Relationship manager is saying he has no details of Pixel credit card and Today I visited my home hdfc band they are saying same they haven't details of Pixel card. Are you jocking that your bank credit card details are not in bank or Relationship manager worst and bad service.

@RBI @HDFC_Bank Maine 06th Aug ko Aditya Birla ki emi ke through payment ki and 08th Aug ko woh amount refund aa gya but multiple follow up ke baad bhi yeh logg HDFC wale emi cancel na karke credit card ki limit freeze kar rahe hai. They are harrassing me from a month plz help

@HDFCBank_Cares I did foreclose of my Emi after that the credit card limit not increased. I paid amount to Aditya Birla and they refunded on my credit card and it is showing in credit card statement than where is the issue why you are not reflecting this on my credit card limit. Very bad service

@HDFCBank_Cares RM is unable to resolve my issue he is saying to talk to customer care and customer care saying they haven't pixel card credit card details. Why you are doing these this plz told me the outstanding amount I want to pay and close my card now your service and card bad @RBI

@HDFCBank_Cares Hdfc ka card and inki service bahot ghatiya hai ab future m kabhi bhi card nhi banvaunga or sabko inke negative review dunga. Because one month se upar ho gya they are not resolving my issue after multiple follow up. Itni ghatiya service kisi ki nhi hai @RBI

@HDFC_Bank @RBI As per attached screenshot payment deduct from my card for Emi of Aditya Birla on 06-08-26. But due to not renew my policy they refund the amount in 07-08-26. But after a month this refund amount not showing in my card. Can you please check and reflect this on CC

@HDFCBank_Cares I did dm to u I m very frustrated from a week. If u r not able to resolve my issue than plz close my credit card and provide me the final amount for pay. Because I have another credit card or bank but your bank n credit card service very poor and bad.

@abhealthin Very disappointed becoz I am already with you from a year but next year you did like that which is unexpected Due to month of follow up no one resolving the issue only got the call from your team & after they said we will resolve the issue by Today eod but same happen again&again
