I booked 3 tickets from banda to Ujjain on 27 October through IRCTC app. 1 confirmed and 2 remain waiting.
2 waiting tickets should be automatically cancelled but I didn't get a refund for those 2 waiting tickets.
Even I completed my journey.

@IRCTCofficial I booked a female passenger age 29 yrs ticket from BSB to Udhna. Availablity of ticket is 240+ I choose SL they allotted Middle Birth.
Again I booked with preference LB they allotted Upper Birth. If you give seat as per your own. Then why preference are asking?
