Facing serious issue with electricity billing in Chapra (Saran).Old meter was faulty despite multiple complaints to JE & EE. No action taken. Had to approach lok Shikayat
Officials skipped hearings & submitted incorrect report.

@IndiGo6E I was doing web checkin for my tomorrow flight, and you have made seat selection mandatory when tagged with Infant. There are no free seat and for each seat I have to pay extra. I want to skip the seat selection and this you've stopped allowing.@DGCAIndia @airsewa_MoCA
