He had lost almost everything.
His kingdom, his home, and his wife had been taken from him. The war had stretched on for too long, and the greatest hero of his age stood on the battlefield with nothing left to give.
This # InternationalYogaDay, as the world rolls out its mats and salutes the Sun, few will know the story of the prince who once turned to that same Sun in his darkest hour.
It is the story of Rama.
Exiled from Ayodhya, Rama accepted his fate without bitterness. His wife, Sita, and brother, Lakshmana, joined him in the forest. But tragedy struck when Ravana, the powerful king of Lanka, abducted Sita. Grief-stricken yet determined, Rama embarked on a journey to rescue her. There, a great war began.
Ravana proved to be a formidable adversary. As the battle wore on, Rama grew weary. Separated from Sita and burdened by the weight of responsibility, he found himself physically and emotionally exhausted.
At that critical moment, the sage Agastya appeared before him. Seeing Rama's weariness, Agastya taught him the Aditya Hridayam, the "Heart of the Sun", a sacred hymn invoking Surya, the radiant source of life, energy, and strength.
Āditya Hṛdayam puṇyam
sarva śatru vināśanam
jayaāvaham japennityam
akṣayyam paramaṃ śivam
Descended from the Solar Dynasty, Rama turned toward the Sun with reverence and recited the hymn with devotion.
As the verses flowed from his lips, his mind grew clear. His sorrow lifted. His fatigue dissolved. Filled with renewed courage and purpose, Rama lifted his bow once more, returned to the battlefield, and ultimately defeated Ravana.
Rama's story reminds us that even the strongest among us experience fear, grief, and exhaustion. Strength is not the absence of struggle; it is the ability to rise again with hope and determination.

Govinda 🙏
I remember when the BJP claimed that they’d given you footage of money exchanging hands during the 2008 confidence vote. You refused to air it. Yet every tweet of yours reeks of an undeserved air of moral superiority- much like Pakistani diplomacy.
‼️🚨Guruji has given a wonderful advice to Hindus.
All should bear a Varaha Swamy tattoo, especially on Hindu girls' hands where it will be visible. To be precise on the back of the wrists.
This will stop Love Jihaad. As soon as a K2A approaches our girls, make sure he sees it whenever he tries to approach you. He will run away for sure.👍
Only way and best way to save Hindu daughters from Love Jihaad.

Born of heavenly light and raised amidst purity, devotion, and discipline, Devasena embodied grace, wisdom, duty, and the path of righteous living.
Their divine union symbolizes the meeting of spiritual power and disciplined devotion, of victory and virtue, of the warrior and the sacred path.
