Some clips from my plyo velo day. Was sitting around 76-78 mph with the normal baseball, hit 80 mph with the 4 oz ball. Worked on fixing my plane of rotation and rotating as fast and hard as possible.
Some clips from my plyo velo day. Threw a 4 ounce, 5 ounce, and 6 ounce ball. Goal was trying to throw the ball as hard as I can. Just trying to get my body back to moving as fast as possible. Mechanically, I worked on sitting back and down while keeping my head over my toes.
