@tha_rami In norwegian we call it the skalk. It means end-piece, and can also be used about the last piece of cheese for example. Apparently it can also mean a scoundrel, although I've never heard it used like that.

Finally beat it on SL1! Had to resort to Morion Blade, especially on Allant, my Crescent Falcion barely made a dent. Ritual Path and Swamp of Sorrows were worse than most bosses #DemonsSouls #PS5 #SL1

@HamletEJ Hmm, can you off-hand Morion Blade without the requirements? I've seen it in other builds but I didn't consider it for SL1. I guess it probably still slaps hard with Clever Rat's Ring even if you swing it without requirements :P

Doing an SL1 run of Demon's Souls and it proves the point that the levels are the most difficult challenge in the game, not the bosses. The Ritual Path and the Valley of Defilement are different experiences when you can only take one or two hits, and poison actually can kill you.

@HamletEJ Ritual Path was kicking my butt so much. When I finally made it the Old Hero and Storm King were pretty straightforward. I’m using Crescent Falchion and Compound Short Bow, and some magic, nothing too fancy. Used Kunai on Old Hero, that fight drags out.
