@klaszus@playdate Three actually! Legend of Etad, Super Corporate Tax Evader, and Onebit Arena. Haven’t played them too much and am planning on sideloading more after the season is done. I really enjoyed Casual Birder
@theAESO is the AESO experiencing issues with its phone system? As of yesterday, calling several directory numbers at the AESO results in “the person isn’t taking calls right now”, including the main reception phone number.
@LindsayTedds @S_HastingsSimon I registered for a space there today. They said I was the 6th one and online it says there are 15 spots. They expect the rest will fill up at the beginning of the semester
@moebius_strip Thank you for the thorough reply. I’ve found all of your explanations, including this one, very helpful. I hope some editors get in contact.
@moebius_strip What math could help some of us to understand tradeoff between higher spread and lower severity (ex: hospitalization rate) of a new strain compared to Delta? I.e. how much lower would hospitalization rate have to be assuming the an r of 4.55 (Ontario’s calc)?
@DarshanMTailor Well put. Also a bit of a moral hazard against making cities less car intensive because many could see electric cars as the ultimate solution without actually having to re-prioritize city design.
@DarshanMTailor Agreed that that should be the priority, but as an aside that graph probably isn’t very accurate for use phase emissions since it looks like it’s just averaging global electricity sources, which are still quite dirty. Depends on where you are.
