ANTHROPIC NOW SAYS ONE MAIN AGENT WITH SKILLS BEATS A TEAM OF SUBAGENTS. I HAD 6 GROK BOTS PASSING WORK TO EACH OTHER. I MERGED THEM INTO ONE AND IT GOT FASTER AND CHEAPER OVERNIGHT

what i changed:
1. one main bot plans the day and does the work itself
2. the old bots became skills it loads only when needed: inbox, calendar, research, invoices, posts
3. it keeps one memory file, so nothing gets lost between tasks
4. side bots only for jobs that run in parallel, like watching 3 inboxes at once

the difference in a week:
→ tasks done 31% faster
→ usage down about a third
→ zero "i didn't know you already replied" moments
