@bt_uk so router arrived 5 days late. Your engineer did not turn up as scheduled on 3rd but I’m expected to just book another slot of which there are none until 15th! This is my livelihood I work from home and am a key worker! Not my fault yet nothing you can do? Cancel my order.

@bt_uk growing annoyed. Move house package actioned 22/11/21 to start 3/11/21. Router still ‘in transit’. Engineer visit cancelled but no one arrived. Key worker & home worker & now no engineer available till 16th. Too late to cancel order please? No response to online message.

@Shell absolutely disgusted that at garage A19 fleet bridge road always stop at for fuel for 2 years on this occasion tyre lost air & was informed staff unable too add £1 on to give me a £1 for fuel…essential safety feature. Will never use shell again!!!
