@DIRECTV I would like to know why you would quote your customers one price & a contract was signed, yet when we get the bill we basically told sorry we made a mistake & aren’t going to honor the price. Unacceptable! Why should I keep your business??!!

@RoyalCaribbean For those of us switching from the 9/2 Mariner sailing to the Harmony on 9/5, what type of room are we going to get? I tried calling customer service & they refused to give us any info & my travel agent isn’t open today. Need to make this decision ASAP.

@RoyalCaribbean So according to your 6PM update we are supposed to drive through a hurricane Wednesday to get on the Mariner? Is it possible to switch to a sailing at a different port?

@PortCanaveral Do you anticipate the port being open by Wednesday? I have heard that it will not be open until Thursday but Royal Caribbean is stating their ships will be returning to port on Wednesday.
