Hey @kroger , figured I’d check in four years after starting this account to let you know the Kroger on Orchard Lk Road in West Bloomfield, MI still absolutely sucks.

Holy crap @kroger, you absolutely, objectively, suck! How do you have 5 self-checkout registers open and zero other checkout lanes. Pathetic.

3 years and @kroger is still awful. Just tonight they were closing down half the self checkout lanes WHILE the other half had a line several people deep. Genius.

@kroger 4395 Orchard Lake Rd, West Bloomfield, MI 48323. When the photo was taken, they were in the process of shutting down half the self checkouts. They almost never have more than half open and there is almost always a line. It’s a horribly managed store overall.

Just another Thursday afternoon @kroger. A dozen people in line, and half the self checkouts are closed AS ALWAYS. Getting the feeling there is nothing that will motivate @kroger to care about their customers’ experience

No such thing as a quick trip to @kroger. There could be, but here, the customer comes last. You know those closed self checkouts are operated by the customer, right???

@kroger 4395 Orchard Lake Rd, West Bloomfield, MI 48323. This store has been this way for years. It has a terrible reputation in the area. I used to live just a few miles away and shopped at another Kroger and it was fantastic. It’s not Kroger. It’s THIS Kroger.
