Been chasing my replacement since 8:39 AM — sent emails, called customer service, even tried chat support. Still no update. How long does this take for the replacement?
driver is also threatening to not take us anywhere. I don't know which tour company they assigned to us. lost faith in IRCTC services after doing so many package tours with them
