@DrewHolden360 And yet everyone of these boys will get get paid their 6/7 figure salaries and eat it. And they lost when they signed the contract. Romans 13:1-2 outlines this pretty clearly
@Gauv822@JefferyReyjwr@RedSox@TheAthletic@ABREG_1@BoBichette5 I actually still think Suarez rakes at Fenway tbh but this team stinks because almost every young talent sans Early(whose hitting the rookie wall) and Tolle(feels close as well) just are woefully underperforming. And the lineup is too lefty pull heavy
@TJBennettt37 I would do Yoshida and a couple prospects for Chapman. Mostly a financial swap next year but SF gets out of that contract 4 years early and say like Mikey Romero, Tyler Uberstine and another prospect
@Frisbob I’m a Bruins fan and the first thing I said was Jesus this is great business for Toronto. The the highest upside guy of the 4, a clean 3rd and after tenders probably shaving 2-3 mil in cap space AND not committed to either guy beyond 26/27
@RafaelaEnjoyer This is clearly a Yankees or Blue Jays exec who want one or more of these guys. Worse relievers with no track record get traded for hauls at the deadline and Gray is making like 6ish mil prorated for what’s left of the season and the Sox would eat that to get a good return
@PeterTenkrat Honestly great business for Toronto I’m shocked how many leafs fans think Woll is good. They got the most upside guy in this deal, netted a clean 3rd and will shave like 2-3 mil in cap space after tenders and are not committed to either guy beyond 26/27.
@SleeperRedSox@Feinsand Sounds like someone from the Yankees. Lol. The Red Sox would eat anything from Grays remaining deal to make something work at this point he’s only prorated like 6 mil left on the year
@DanBFox1287 Sonny Gray is on a 31 million dollar deal that St Louis is eating 20 of after the trade and restructuring, some of these numbers coming out are silly
@coachmurphshow@BOSSportsGordo@Feinsand Forgot about the restructure*. So 20 of Grays 31 which the Sox would probably eat whatever is needed to make a good trade work
@coachmurphshow@BOSSportsGordo@Feinsand That and St Louis is paying 20 of Grays 21 million dollar salary, he would get traded for basically less than the vet minimum
@HouckssBurner But he’s the one who picks the CBO or represents those who do and that’s 2 in a row who have fallen flat. Breslow stinks no argument here but as long as Kennedy is the “face” you are just replacing Breslow with another Breslow because no one of note will want to come here
@KennethRWebster But all of them love money more than God or they would walk away now and they didn’t. OH and they still went out and did their jobs like good little submissive. Romans 13:1-2
@varadmehta Free expression is meaningless if the player signed a contract in return for those salaries in the 6/7 figures land. Romans 13:1-2 talks about this actually.
@hibruinationpod Now this is way more interesting than Trochek or Rasmus Andersson or Risto. This screams Lohrei, Poitras and a 2027 conditional second that could become a 2028 1st if the Bruins win the cup in 27 or 28
