On the journey of building @KryptopaySDK
APIs are done, next was deployment. I debated AWS Lambda vs App Runner vs EC2.
EC2 felt like “you own everything” (and you pay even when traffic is quiet).
App Runner felt like “always on, less ops” but still a monthly floor.
