@JosephOak35 A lot of uncertainty in switching to Mastery from staff. Whole school change to WRM resources to fully embed Mastery. Initial challenges were scaffolds supports and GDS challenge, which have been addressed in staff meetings after monitoring. Differentiation via outcome not task

@deputygrocott SATS Arithmetic paper, Guided Reading, observing a colleague teach maths, PPA and then a little but of golf after school! Bosh!

@MrWalkerPrimary @MissDSays We're slowly moving away from LO's/WALT and just giving children titles to write as there's no real need to highlight it after the lesson. Like to think that effective feedback is so much more than marking books, esp on a daily basis.
