@rodryanshow It depends what’s been going on that day. Some nights there’s all the monkey brain when there’s a lot going on. When I am tired, probably 5 minutes.

@rodryanshow Southern Baptist-no. We don’t do that. (RR-green tea will suffice as sub for coffee because of the caffeine which is why it will satisfy that 2 C/day. Have a protein focused snack after your workout. (Better for you-muscles need it to build and recovery).
@ABC So what? You all just put up whatever because you hate him no matter what he does. Can you adopt a more fair and balanced approach to your reporting? That would be nice and maybe I would watch you.
@rodryanshow You know I have it on all the time. I need it to keep going. Especially important at the gym. I will turn around to get my earbuds if I forget them because the music they pipe into my gym is awful.
