@JioCare has a very nice tactics of fooling customers. When customer have a complaint of having being cheated by them, thier customer support will fool the customer for months asking same issue repeatedly with bot like messages. Until customer is forced to go to consumer court
It has been over a month I am dealing with @reliancejio@JioCare representative. No one is resolving any issue. You will have to explain the issue everytime to a new person. It is kind of harrassment for me now
Never ever go for @reliancejio@JioCare. They cheat. On the name of a wrong bill they take an extra amount and refuse to pay back even though they agree it is a mistake. They will change the policies without any notice.
@reliancejio@JioCare are trying their best to not return the money taken from the customer after cheating on them. It has been almost a month but no one has come up with a resolution yet. Every now and then they send a new customer representative to understand the issue(1/2)
