My #GalaxyS23 developed the green line issue out of nowhere - no physical damage, mint condition. @SamsungIndia denying free screen replacement for a KNOWM hardware defect just because it is a few weeks over 3 yr is a pure betrayal to loyal buyers. @SamsungSuport Resolve this!

How @SamsungIndia handles this will decide if this is the end of the line for Samsung products in my household. In the last 2 years have bought multiple TVs, a phone, Galaxy Buds, a Galaxy Watch 6 Classic & a Galaxy Book (to be delivered tomorrow). Requesting a waiver.

@MicrosoftvApple All of them have to request the centralised apple team. Only option was to go all the way to the Saket centre, which I didn’t think was worth the time and effort.

@geekyranjit @atomberg_tech The tap design itself is faulty. Had a Eureka Forbes water purifier last with the same tap design. Replacement was an annual affair. Simple taps like kent are the best.

@Mrwhosetheboss I watch almost all your videos but even I skipped this one. I think it has less to do with Xiaomi and more that it’s a Xiaomi flagship. Without a standout headline feature, it’s tough to consider buying a flagship outside Google, Samsung & Apple.

@abhishek I’d say the S23. Unless he is already invested in Apple’s ecosystem. The regular 15 while apt for average use, brings with it a bit of a push to do everything Apple’s way. iCloud backups, Photos, 60hz etc. S23 is a mini ultra minus S Pen. + Gets a 120Hz & amazing exchange offers
