The issue is misleading advertising — a plan marketed as Unlimited but capped at 1000 GB.
This needs a public clarification or correction, not a private fix.

Airtel markets this as ‘Unlimited Internet’, but caps usage at 1000 GB for any kind of plans.
Unlimited doesn’t mean limited with fine print.
This is misleading / deceptive marketing.

Great service in cities like Bangalore, especially Indiranagar.
Don't advertise 8-minute delivery if you can't deliver in 15 minutes. It's been an hour with no reply or solution, and it's not the first time.
