@virginmedia Loyal customer for 8 years. My WiFi has been intermittent for 2 weeks. Paying for 500Mbps but getting 5Mbps, with the hub randomly restarting. Service status shows intermittent issues, yet online checks say all is fine. New hub being sent but no engineer? Not Good.
