I'll never purchase another ATT or DTV product and I had been thinking of switching my cell phone carrier. (what's that about 3 months of cell service?). The best part was how they said they valued me as a customer over and over...I won't be back

Cutting the Cord: I hope @ATT & @DIRECTV enjoy the ~$500 they will squeeze out of me to cancel DTV service after 10+ years of being a customer, apparently by keeping my service when I moved locked me into another 2 years. Enjoy the money...

Another package delivered from @amazon own drivers today and another package left out in the open, no effort to conceal. Simple common sense, no? UPS, USPS and Fed Ex know how to conceal a package but every time Amazon delivers a package it's left right out in the open.

I called to express concern of this practice after the 4th time and was told these amazon drivers aren't really their responsibility, "they're not really Amazon employees", I bet @JeffBezos would disagree, he should. That's how agents work.

Saw great show by @PhizLair tonight at CrystalBallroom. She is one of the "girls w/guitars" I became obsessed with in early 90s(still am). Not sure what sort of Dorian Gray deal she made but while I got older she looks like it's 1993.
