Libraries are not nice to haves. They are core council services. They are not places to just take books out and not just digital either. Libraries are community hubs, our communities gather here,we have events there, storytimes, programmes, language week celebrations so much more

Instead, NZ's business-as-usual policy for schools in the Omicron outbreaks had heavy impacts on children, staff, and whānau.

Measles has arrived in Aotearoa. It's a serious disease and very easy to catch. Make sure your kids are immunised against measles. Talk to your family doctor or practice nurse.
