@jdbanker1 @wanyeburkett It’s easy when you already have capital. Acquiring capital when you lack collateral is very hard, depending on the amount of capital you’re looking to acquire, maybe impossible. Creating capital from a position of holding collateral is easy.

If a landlord cannot afford to handle a little negative cash flow on their loan while they acquire assets, they cannot afford the asset and are gouging a renter in order to acquire it.
