@McDonaldsUK I’m sick of mcapp & Ubereats from MacDonald Strood Kent always deliver cold I call to complain and @UberEats basically call me a liar because on their screen it says that the delivery came in good time but that cannot tell me how the food was packed in carriage!!!

@GMB took 15yr to get help 4 my mum from the local mental health services. dug deep + sadly mum was 1 of 1000’s patients get managed with medication + then left alonewith the illness. local crisis teams are stretched + mental health emergencies are left to the police to deal with

@rsagroup complaints department please reply to my email ! Our car has a stolen marker on it and we cannot sell it !!! RSA put the stolen marker on as your customer (previous) alleged the car was stolen - no crime number given-car is clear but you have paid out on a claim

@santanderuk can someone in Santander tell me why noone can help customers like me who are falling further into financial difficulty bcause Santander ‘computers’ REFUSE to help and won’t allow me to fix my mortgage I currently pay £2400 a month and it should be this !!!!

@santanderukhelp As I said in my previous tweet I have called them several times over the last 8 years !!!! Who else do I speak to ??? Tried complaints been to ombudsman and Santander refused to open their file !!! So now I’ve resulted to social media!! Santander are robbing me of £500 a month !

@santanderukhelp I hav done serval times over the last 8 years!! I’m 44years old with a 3 yr old son. Struggling to pay my bills + I should be able to fix my mortgage on the current advertised rate !!! I have over £800k equity in my house and I can’t even remortgage to free myself from debt !
