The car she was in was targeted at close range

@OpenreachHelp They have done and surprise surprise they have said they will be activated tomorrow. They’ve said this for numerous days now. It’s just not good enough. They are cut off from family and friends, and shielding. They have no facility to speak with doctor or order food.
