Regarding my Incident: IN23052220423756021719 your customer service is pathetic, no one is able to understand the customer's issue and your so called "Supervisors" are disconnecting calls during conversations. Seriously you are the worst & pathetic.

@flipkartsupport I spoke to your 2 agents and one of them transferred my call to their supervisor and while explaining this issue to the supervisor, she disconnected my call in the middle of conversation. This is absurd customer support service offered by Flipkart.

@flipkartsupport And if the value on sell back option is less they will give me Bump up Promotional discount via gift card. I checked the sell back option and the value I was getting there was less so I contacted your customer support to understand how will I get additional bump up offer.

@flipkartsupport I was offered ₹6,050 as an exchange against my old handset Realme 6 phone. Your wishmaster was supposed to pickup my old handset within 10days of purchasing the new handset, the deadline given to me was 24th May. Everyday I was getting sms that pickup will happen today and
