Eighteen students from a variety of disciplines will present their research or creative projects. KU students, faculty, staff, and the general community are encouraged to attend! In-person oral/creative work presentations: April 24, 5:15 - 6:15, Kansas Union: 5th and 6th floors.

We would like to recognize Kia Smith. He is a junior from Pretty Prairie majoring in biochemistry. At the Kansas Undergraduate Research Day at the Capitol, Kai presented a poster on “Identifying Complex Molecular Species in Clouds of the Milky Way’s Center.”

Darya Moiny is a junior from Stilwell majoring in chemistry. She is mentored by Rachel Farber, chemistry.

At the Kansas Undergraduate Research Day at the Capitol, Darya presented a poster on “Structure of Benzyl Isothiocyanate Self-Assembled Monolayers on Au(111)/Mica Surfaces.”
