AAAS mourns the passing of Scooter. He brought such life & care to the world. The countless lives he touched on Mount Oread, Lawrence, & beyond. Many of these spaces will never be the same.
The world lost an incredible human being yesterday, and we are less for it. โค๏ธ๐
Our hearts are heavy as we mourn the passing of Dr. Scott โScooterโ Ward.
Scooter gave more than 30 years of his life to KU and impacted countless lives in profound ways.
We are all better because we knew Scooter. Our love and prayers go to his wife, Robin, and all of his loved ones.
