PATHETIC 🚨 82-year-old lady was left injured after Air India denied her wheelchair service at Delhi airport

In her ticket details, she had confirm wheelchair service.

Air India compelled her to walk by not providing her pre-booked wheel chair. As a result, she fell.

Family kept screaming for help but no one assisted.

The lady is in ICU currently.

@JioMart @JioMart_Support what kind of rubbish team you have kept in place. I placed an order on 14th Feb and it was supposed to deliver on 19th Feb. Yesterday i.e 19th Feb got a message late in night around 10:30 Pm that order delivery date is changed to 26th Feb.

My question is why the status was not updated earlier? And when I placed the order it was displayed that the order will be delivered in 4-5 days so I placed the order. When you change the delivery date how would we manage ? Are you exporting the product from abroad ?? #pathetic

Have I done the biggest mistake in relying on LG ?? Inspite of the fact that the service charge is too high for LG authorised engineer I have not turned to local technician for fridge repair.

@LGIndia what has happened to your customer service ... A service request was raised for LG fridge repair and no one has turned up for that. Customer service executive say that the request has been escalated. My fridge is not working and it's not easy for me to manage day to day.

The issue still persist with no solution in view. To top it this time your team closed the ticket without even consulting me. This is not desirable and rather #unpleasant.
Bad #network worst #service... Is there anything which remains to hassle customer ???

@JioCare what has become of your service ? I have been using jio post paid service for 5 yrs and for last 2 yrs I have been complaining about call drop and network outage but everytime the same answer that network improvement work is going on and soon the issue will be resolved.
