re txns not landing:

- blocks are being produced, the chain is live
- the coin is *very volatile* meaning low slippage will drastically lower your chances of landing
- some apps aren't adjusting fees automatically, but the median fee has gone up
- some of the app logic I'm seeing is atrocious, requesting over 20x the amount of CUs that are actually being used
