Hi @trussliz, I need your help in finding my mother's passport as nobody seems to care about it. She received an email confirming that her visa has been issued 13 days ago and the VFS centre in Delhi still hasn't received her passport and @vfsglobalcare can't seem to locate it.

@AlexWEllis Hi Alex, I need your help in tracking my mother's passport. We applied for a visitor visa via Delhi VFS on the 10th of August, got an email on the 7th of September notifying visa has been issued and it's 17th September today and VFS doesn't have the passport yet.

@VFSGlobal Hi Team, is it usual for VFS to 3 days to receive the passport back from the UKVI? We received the 'UK Visa application issued' message on Tuesday and still no 'ready for collection' message from the VFS, why?

@UKinIndia how can it take 7 days for getting the passport from the UK embassy to VFS in Delhi? We received the visa issued email on the 7th of September and still no email from the VFS to collect the passport? What's the issue here @VFSGlobal ?

@vfsglobalcare Hi Team, now it’s been 5 working days since we received the visa issued notification from the UKVI. @UKinIndia is this normal ? Visa was applied using VFS Delhi.

@vfsglobalcare Thanks for the response, and it has never taken 3 days to process the documents for collection. Unfortunately, we didn't opt for shipping so can't track, can only wait for the 'ready for collection' email notification. Is there a possibility of tracking it some other how? Thanks
