I am really frustrated and out of pocket. I am getting nowhere with my travel agent lumle holidays Ltd and my travel insurance Barclays /Aviva.
I had a package holiday with lumle holidays Ltd based in Slough UK.
They said that they are not liable to any refund .

We're still pushing to hold companies brazenly breaking the law to account and make them #RefundPassengers

Some have waited months now without a penny returned to them.

Update us: what's the status of your refund now?

Hi we registered with BEKthanmandu.
But did not got call when few uk citizens got flight to frankfurt on Saturday. My husband is diabetic abd with cardiac problem.
Now with the extension of the lockdown
He might run out of medication.
