Train Number 12596. We are in Coach Number B-18. No one is here to clean the toilets. Almost all toilets (Coach 16 to 20 we tried) are fully clogged and smelling very bad. We called quick response team too but no action so far.

What is the procedure to change my relationship manager? My previous RM was very helpful and I was able to reach her very easily. Whenever I want to connect with current RM it says RM will get back to you. He calls me but only one ring.... formalities
