17 साल के छात्र सार्थक सिद्धांत ने जिस तरह से CBSE बो��्ड परीक्षाओं में On Screen Marking System (OSM) के tender documents और RFP (Request for Proposal) को पढ़कर बिंदुवार सवाल उठाए हैं, वो काबिले-तारीफ है।

सिद्धांत ने पुराने और नए RFP की तुलना की, clauses पढ़े, discrepancies निकालीं और सार्वजनिक रूप से CBSE की टेंडर प्रक्रिया पर सवाल खड़े किए।

उसने सिर्फ आरोप नहीं लगाए, बल्कि दस्तावेजों की तुलना करके एक pattern समझाने की कोशिश की।

जिस दिशा में उसने बिंदु उठाए हैं, उससे साफ लगता है कि टेंडर प्रक्रिया में कुछ तो ऐसा हुआ है, जो सही नहीं था।

कम-से-कम CBSE की तरफ से इस बच्चे द्वारा उठाए गए बिंदुओं का जवाब भी उतने ही पारदर्शी तरीके से दिया जाना चाहिए।

सार्थक सिद्धांत की सूझबूझ, presence of mind और गंभीरता की खूब सराहना की जानी चाहिए।
