It's each individual's responsibility to segregate the garbage & then give to the garbage collector.
But pls provide one assistant to the driver to help aged citizens for putting it in the respective bin.
Also the vehicle must stop in front of each house & not just run.

As such Armed forces are deployed at all the places where the civil Admin is proved to be incapable to handle tough conditions. It's only the cultural difference. That needs to be addressed
