@Usethis2lol@Temperrr Read the room dumbass,
All comments pretty much address that minors can sneak their ways into clubs.
If that's the case, then we sure are aware to handle our alcohol intake for any bad outcomes like this?
Its a public space, 27 years old and drinking obnoxiously.
@gamn4life@Temperrr Adults are at more fault for this than the minors themselves btw.
If you're are grown you have a choice to drink responsibly. If you cant, then expect things like this to happen.
Being a public figure also, shouldn't be anything new to act accordingly to protect your image.
@trashcanbanks@Temperrr All these comments say the same things, then we all must be on the same boat that we are aware minors sneak into clubs?
Stop justifying this mans case. When you go out at 27 to drink obnoxiously in an open space where we know minors can sneak fake IDs into clubs.
Read the ROOM
@trashcanbanks@Temperrr And also saying that theres plenty of cases of these things happening amongst others makes your argument worse.
> If these things are common sense to you, as a public figure learn to control your alcohol intake in a public space
> You are 27, by now you should learn this.
@trashcanbanks@Temperrr Considering you even know minors can lie about their ages in the club makes you just as guilty to defend this.
Seems as all these comments defend him and say the same thing. Then surely he knows what to expect, kids lie to get in clubs and dont know any better.
@tormentedmind06@JimbusMcdingus@Temperrr YOU are the problem.
No matter where you are kids don't know any better than to go make stupid decisions.
Stop justifying a grown ass mans wrongful act to get pissfaced as a public figure in a public space.
> Drink responsibly, or else face the consequences for your actions.
@NovaDking4@Temperrr Use your head, Public figures face this same issue every time.
Minors don't know better, of course there are going to be minors sneaking into clubs with Fake IDS.
If you fear such things, or hold a celebrity role. Drink responsibly regardless.
> Negligence and Laziness.
@DareDeft@Temperrr Hes a PUBLIC FIGURE.
When do we ever learn from past experiences with other celebrities getting dragged in similar stuff?
By now you should of been known to ask for an age, and to drink responsibly. Especially being 27 at the time ?
Common sense - Always minors at 21+ Clubs.
@nxckvxnn@Temperrr The fact you just compared a murder to sleeping with a minor whom was intoxicated is diabolical. Both situations are serious offenses and should not be justified a single bit.
If you go out drinking, drink responsibly. Shit like this happens everywhere, its common sense.
@cam071109@Temperrr And word is everywhere.
"DRINK RESPONSIBLY"
If you can't moderate your alcohol intake at a club, where we all know there are going to be kids with fake IDs. Then you should expect situations like this to happen.
@LabsCustodian@Temperrr Not bad huh, a decade age gap btw.
Drink responsibly, common ground rule. You are responsible for yourself while drinking at a club.
Everything about this is morally and legally wrong, I bet if this were your daughter you would not be saying this.
@noxenz@VeryHektic@Temperrr It is deep lol, so we're just gonna act like they could of consented while being off their faces? This automatically falls onto the adults responsibility.
Learn to control your drive and alcohol intake. Negligence doesn't make his story any more justified.
@x_zyx1@Temperrr It’s reckless, predatory, and in many jurisdictions, it can be considered statutory rape or sexual assault. Blaming the minors or claiming ignorance doesn’t shift responsibility. The adult should have known better and acted accordingly. Should of asked for the ages well before.
@x_zyx1@Temperrr For the people being clueless on this situation, creator of this comment is absolutely right.
Regardless of how someone "looks," the responsibility always falls on the adult, especially when theres a significant age gap like 27 vs. 17.
@x_zyx1@Temperrr Intoxication invalidates consent entirely, and laws often recognise that minors cannot legally consent while under the influence. When a grown adult chooses to drink with minors, then sleep with one, it's not a “gray area”.
@x_zyx1@Temperrr Arguing that a minor “looked older doesn't excuse an adult from verifying age before engaging in anything sexual. In many places, even if 17 is above the age of consent, that doesn't automatically make the situation legal or ethical, especially when alcohol is involved.
