Purchased my Ather Rizta on 15th Jan 2025, 7 PM from Veraval, Gujarat. Within 16 hrs, it stopped charging! On 16th Jan, 10 AM, we reported this to the showroom and found the charger wasn’t locking, and the charging socket wasn’t fixed properly.

The showroom said they’d replace the faulty part in 4-5 days, which raises concerns about the vehicle’s quality. A ₹1.4L vehicle failing within 24 hrs is unacceptable. Why should we accept a defective product?

@WakefitCo Requested a replacement on Sep 17, but they never came to pick up the mattress. Frustrated, I cancelled it and asked for a return on Oct 27. It’s now Dec 1, 2024, and the mattress is still here! Weekly calls promising ‘pickup in 24-48 hrs’ are all lies @SupportWakefit.
