Delete the aesthetic templates. Use a boring, single-column, top-to-bottom layout.Let your actual experience stand out, not the formatting. If the machine can't read it, the recruiter will never see it
These are much sharper and gets to the point it will stand out
Stop using 2-column resume templates. You are getting auto-rejected before a human ever sees your application.
Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) read left-to-right. Two columns just smash your skills and experience together into unreadable gibberish. 🧵👇
been looking at local marketing agencies' backend email setups it's actually crazy. almost every agency that's 5+ years old has broken dmarc records. they are paying for leads but google is throwing their outbound emails straight into spam because their tech is old
@TheoNahman99681 manual is smart, but don't add tracking tools—pixels trigger spam filters on new domains. run your domain through mxtoolbox. if your spf, dkim, or dmarc records show red errors, you're going straight to junk. fix the plumbing before changing copy.
@esaia__@InstantlyAI hell yeah instantly is solid. one tip before you start though—don't turn on warmup until you verify your spf, dkim, and dmarc records are actually passing.
a lot of people skip the backend plumbing and burn their new domains in week 1. run it through mxtoolbox to see if is right
Do you have a DMARC record?
Is your SPF throwing errors?
Are you on a blacklist?
Are you sending outreach from your main domain?

If it comes back red and you don’t know what to do with it, that’s what I fix.
Started checking DNS on a handful of agency domains this week. Already found missing DMARCs, broken SPFs, and active blacklists.
If cold email replies are zero, rule this out before touching your copy.
