Finally - an honest person.
I pay for the Choice package through the satellite. I was sold on the fact that I could access that same package through the app. This is not a true statement! There is no outage, satellite packages do not transfer to the app!
@DIRECTV question to all. We have satellite and were told we could access ‘our paid package’ on the app as well. This was true for about two weeks and now the app only allows ‘package:Basic’ @DIRECTVhelp says it is an outage. This outage has been over a month. Any suggestions?
@DIRECTVhelp Well, the standard repeated statement - again (x4) - is it is a national outage. This is a REALLY long outage! Wondering if this is true for all satellite customers trying to use the app.
