CopStopReady is live on Google Play. Records your traffic stop with your screen off. Puts your rights on the screen so you don't have to remember them under pressure. Nothing ever leaves your phone.
Solo build - not nights and weekends like I said before. Most days, most nights. That's just how it went.
Solo builder here too Cris - no CS background - shipped CopStopReady to Google Play privacy first no servers no accounts and built my own Claude Code plugin along the way. Now deep in a small business SaaS already live with a real customer. Good to connect with more founders and AI builders. Lets connect
Built CSR and a handful of fun personal apps with AI already.
Then I built the thing that builds the apps- and it might honestly be the best thing I've made yet π
My Claude plugin only touches what it's allowed to touch. It double-checks its own work before it moves on. And the second something looks off, it stops dead- instead of plowing ahead and torching the whole project like most AI coding sessions do.
It also won't let a broken state snowball. If something's off it stops right there instead of piling more changes on top of a mess.
Built in early catch too- most issues get caught and sorted in a couple minutes before they ever turn into a real problem.
Not one project has ever burned down.
Honestly, it makes building almost too easy.
Harness engineering is basically my whole world too Kevin even if I didnt know the fancy name for it. Im solo no CS background - shipped CopStopReady to Google Play and built my own Claude Code plugin along the way. Now deep in a small business SaaS already live with a real customer. Happy to connect.
Solo founder here too Pavel - no CS background - shipped CopStopReady to Google Play privacy first no servers no accounts and built my own Claude Code plugin along the way. Now deep in a small business SaaS already live with a real customer. Good to meet more builders. Lets connect.
Startup founder here too Don - solo no CS background. Shipped CopStopReady to Google Play privacy first no servers no accounts and built my own Claude Code plugin along the way. Now deep in a small business SaaS already live with a real customer. Good to connect with more indie devs. Lets connect.
@Ushan_0 Building in SaaS AI and automation right here Srijan. Solo no CS background - shipped CopStopReady to Google Play and built my own Claude Code plugin along the way. Now deep in a small business SaaS already live with a real customer. Lets connect.
@sankalp_builds Checks a lot of those boxes for me Sankalp - SaaS mobile apps solo projects. Shipped CopStopReady to Google Play and built my own Claude Code plugin along the way. Now deep in a small business SaaS already live with a real customer. Lets connect.
Appreciate that Ben. Honestly it was more my schooling than a real launch push - built it to learn the whole process end to end. Traction is small right now since I havent marketed it hard but its live and working. Really just been using it as the foundation for all the ideas that keep flooding in since.
Good point Decebal - the pre save undos would actually be more useful to keep than I realized. Right now those just vanish with no trace like you said. Logging the failed attempts as their own events would turn the whole thing into a real map of where it kept circling not just what finally worked. Worth building in..
An hour into my day and still thinking about the thing that changed how I build - my own Claude Code plugin.
Before it existed AI would randomly rewrite working code trying to be helpful and Id lose hours undoing damage I never asked for. Now every change locks in one bounded step at a time - tested and saved before it moves to the next one. One bad move costs minutes now not hours.
Its the reason CopStopReady made it to Google Play and the reason my small business SaaS went from idea to a real business using it daily in 9 days.
Not selling it yet - still fine tuning it on my own builds first. But its already proven itself on two real apps and thats good enough for me for now.
@richyjudge Going good Richard - already live and being used daily by a real customer. Right now just waiting on a Twilio approval to come through so I can get texting fully rolling. Everything else is humming along in the meantime.
9 days ago I had a phone that never got answered.. today I have a real business running on a small business SaaS I built myself.
No CS degree - no team - no funding. Just me - Claude Code - a Windows 11 PC and a Samsung.
Day 1 - started the app and the cloud side from nothing in about an hour.
Day 2 - first real phone call went all the way through to my pocket.
Day 3 - alerts working - ten hours in total.
Day 6 - one real business went fully live and has used it every day since..
Then it got weird. It kept mangling local street and town names until I taught it how people around here actually say them.
Nine days in and this small business SaaS just caught a job that would've gone to voicemail.
This is the third thing I've shipped this year. The first one is sitting on Google Play right now..
Not a developer. Turns out that stopped mattering.. once I had my own Claude Code plugin running my flow - one bounded change at a time - the speed took care of itself.
@lucas_builds Appreciate that Lucas ..keeping tasks bounded and small has made the biggest difference for me. Curious what the other comment suggested for the output side too if you want to point me to it.
@johnbr_ai Feels that way to me too john - way more real builders showing up in my replies lately than a week ago. Good time to be putting in the work..
130 followers in 10 days on X. Started September 3rd with zero audience and just kept showing up - replying to real people not just posting into the void. Shipped CopStopReady to Google Play - built my own Claude Code plugin - now on a small business SaaS. Slow and steady beats a growth hack every time.
