Common concepts to think about as you build your digital product.

My personal fav is Jakob's law, I come back and share that with junior colleges always.

I feel once you get that in pure form, you start to think properly from a UX perspective.

Inertia is a powerful force.

I've been chatting and interviewing people in the wider teams looking to learn their perspective for how the web could be better, and how things have come to be the way they are on Katana's web.

Everyone wants better, e.g. more appropriate goals (and therefore CTA's) for these pages.

So that's one project in the to-do list; to fix up page/section goals and make sure their CTA's are appropriate.

It won't be hard to move in the right direction with no one opposing 🤣
