@tortillauk Yesterday I paid £10.55 for a medium bowl at Tortilla (chicken, rice, beans, guac, lettuce, tomato, chilli sauce) at Liverpool Street station — and couldn’t even get loyalty points. What’s that about? Why penalise customers at certain branches?
