محترم ائمہ کرام، دانشوران ملت!

ملت اسلامیہ کی ان تھک کوششوں کے باوجود مرکزی حکومت ہمارے اوقاف (مساجد، مدارس، عید گاہیں، خانقاہیں، قبرستان، درگاہیں اور خیراتی اداروں) کو ہڑپنے اور برباد کرنے کے گھناؤنے منصوبہ کو روبہ عمل لانے جارہی ہے۔ اندیشہ ہے کہ موجودہ جاری پارلیمنٹ سیشن میں متنازعہ وقف بل پیش ہو کر منظور ہو جائے۔ پھر اس کے بعد ہر شہر اور گلی کوچوں میں ایک طوفان بد تمیزی برپا ہوگا۔

ملت اسلامیہ ہندیہ کا مؤقر پلیٹ فارم آل انڈیا مسلم پرسنل لا بورڈ 26 مارچ 2025 کو صبح 10:00 بجے سے دوپہر 02:00 تک دھرنا استھل، تھانہ روڈ، گردنی باغ، پٹنہ میں ایک عظیم الشان احتجاجی مظاہرہ کا انعقاد کر رہا ہے۔ جس کی قیادت ملت کی دینی و ملی جماعتوں، سیاسی و سماجی تنظیموں کی مرکزی قیادت کرے گی۔ جس میں سیاسی جماعتوں کے رہنما، ہمارے سکھ اور عیسائی بھائی، دلت، ادیباسی اور اوبی سی کے رہنما نیز سول سوسائٹی کے اکٹیوسٹ بھی شرکت فرمائیں گے۔

احتجاج ہمارا جمہوری و آئینی حق ہے، جسے پر امن اور منظم انداز میں انجام دینا ہم سب کی شرعی و اخلاقی ذمہ داری ہے۔ اللہ تعالیٰ ہمیں استقامت کے ساتھ دین پر ثابت قدم رکھے اور ہمارے اوقاف و ملی تشخص کی حفاظت فرمائے۔
آپ حضرات سے مؤدبانہ گزارش ہے کہ خطبہ جمعہ میں اس دھرنے کی اہمیت اور اس میں شرکت کی ضرورت پر روشنی ڈالیں اور عوام الناس کو اس میں بھر پور طریقے سے شامل ہونے کی ترغیب دیں۔

We strongly condemn the communal violence that erupted in Nagpur. The state government completely failed to read the situation and crack down on those who were inciting unrest by weaponizing history and provoking communal discord. The Maharashtra police appear to be told to give a free hand to the anti-social elements giving hate speeches. This is spoiling the peaceful atmosphere in the state and is bound to lead to communal violence.
We call upon the authorities to take strict action against those responsible for inciting hatred and disrupting communal harmony. We appeal to the people of Maharashtra, particularly the citizens of Nagpur, to maintain peace and not fall prey to provocations by anti-social elements. The best response to such divisive tactics is unity and restraint.
